Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 10th May, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Art by Tvesa. By purchasing from Art by Tvesa Shop, you agree to the following Refunds & Returns Policy.

  1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through Art by Tvesa are considered final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Original artworks
  • Limited edition prints
  • Open edition prints
  • Commissioned works
  • Custom orders
  • Framed artworks or framed prints

Please review all product images, descriptions, dimensions, and materials carefully before placing your order.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • Your item arrives physically damaged during shipping
  • You receive the incorrect item
  • Your print contains a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The artwork
    • The damage or defect
    • The shipping packaging
    • The shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of your claim.

Art by Tvesa reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund will be issued.

  1. Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Art by Tvesa is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Customs delays or import fees
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees must be paid by the customer.

  1. International Shipping & Customs Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Art by Tvesa is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import processing delays
  • Unpaid customs fees
  • Packages refused due to customs charges

If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Original shipping costs
  • Any customs or carrier charges incurred

Refunds in such cases will only be considered after the artwork is successfully returned in its original condition, and any applicable shipping, customs, payment processing, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and physical artworks
  • Hand-painted originals may contain natural texture variations, brushstroke inconsistencies, or minor imperfections
  • Print crops and framing appearance may vary slightly depending on sizing and production requirements

These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

  1. Original Artwork Policy

All original artworks are unique, one-of-one pieces and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Art by Tvesa retains all copyright, reproduction, and intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer reproduction rights.

  1. Print Policy

Prints are produced individually and may be made-to-order.

Because of the nature of art printing, all print sales are final unless they arrive damaged or defective as defined in Section 2.

  1. Commissioned Artwork

Commission payments, deposits, and milestone payments are non-refundable.

Art by Tvesa reserves artistic discretion in the interpretation and execution of commissioned work.

Reasonable revision requests may be accommodated at the artist’s discretion.

  1. Refused Deliveries & Chargebacks

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks, refuse delivery without cause, or attempt to circumvent this policy may be permanently barred from future purchases.

Art by Tvesa reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence including shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communication.
